The other end of the stick is over there ->
I am querying who the saboteurs are so they can get the praise they deserve while acknowledging that they 100% want to remain anonymous.

Partly sympathetic Russians not aligned with Pootin and partly Ukrainians living in Russia.

Par example: https://edition.cnn.com/2023/06/05/politics/ukraine-sabotage-agents-russia-drone-attacks.

Some Ukrainians pass through Belarus (some Ukrainians are sympathetic to Putin).
Poland charged 2 Ukrainians with acts of sabotage against the Polish rail system.
Jake Broe often references the saboteur groups.

[KP] Big Ukraine Drone+Missile Strike Operation Torches Russian ‘AWACS,’ Oil Refineries

There is strong evidence that the Ukrainians took out a piece of the Russian air defense network first and then shoved waves of strike drones through the gap they created.
In an ambitious, complex strike operation simultaneously hammering targets hundreds of kilometers apart, dozens of Ukrainian drones and missiles overnight Monday-Tuesday hit and damaged a Russian military airfield, a bomber repair plant, a kamikaze drone factory, a high-tech air defense unit and a pair of oil refineries.

The long-range air raids carried out by Bars jet-propelled drones, Neptune cruise missiles and unnamed propeller-driven drones struck facilities in the Russian Azov Sea port city Taganrog, the Black Sea port city Novorossiysk, and the Black Sea port city Tuapse, a Ukrainian General Staff Tuesday morning statement said.

In Taganrog, according to sources reviewed by Kyiv Post, drones and possibly missiles struck and damaged the Beriev TANTK aircraft plant, a repair facility for long-range Tu-95MS (NATO: “Bear”) bombers and Beriev A-50 AEW&C (airborne early warning and command) surveillance planes. The independent Russian news agency Astra reported explosions and large-scale fires on those facilities’ premises.

Plus “training teams” like those that provided “training” to the Muj in Afghanistan

Peace treaties with Russia are meaningless:

If I were an historian, I'd be studying how the war in Afghanistan ended, as I don't think any peace treaty was involved, rather that it couldn't be won, and the costs were too high to sustain.

I think that's pretty much the strategy that Pinno has been pushing.

It's also like the Maquis in WW2, who were a right PITA inflicting significant losses and logistical difficulties with minimal manpower and resources. (Paddy Ashdown's 'The Cruel Victory' is a brilliant read on a specific bit of its history.) But they would not have been enough in themselves without the international forces ranged against Hitler in 1944, and that's my worry with Ukraine, that they can't do it effectively enough by themselves, however clever they are with their limited resources. Obviously, I hope Pinno's optimism wins out.
