Is the world getting impatient with Putin? (Other than Trump who doesn't have the require attention span)

The Europeans are actively blocking the shadow fleet, There's no way they would be doing this under a realistic nuclear threat.
I think the coalition of the willing (and NATO countries) are feeling bolstered by Russia's continuing decline. But only because plucky, creative Ukraine (once the shackles were off as regards to strikes within Russia were off) have taken the war to the Bear and has exposed it's weaknesses.

As I posted above (somewhere), there were metaphorical gasps when Russia sent a hypersonic ICBM to Lviv but when the internal components were analysed, it contained ancient, dated circuitry and parts.
I have no doubt that the intelligence community took massive heed from that and are more than aware of the decimation of radar systems - which not only defend but guide missiles and drones westward.
On top of that, sanctions have slowly elicited a drain on essential components for military hardware which has further weakened their capabilities. Russia cannot continue to man nor finance this conflict.

I will stand by this: Russia is on the verge of total collapse and Putin will not be in power in 2027.

Ooh, I do like a bold prediction. I ought to put a note in my calendar to check back on this on 31 December 2026, not least as I'm drifting towards picking up a bit of your optimism... as long as they can stop Trump actually positively aiding Russia.

Trump will only aide Russia if he sees monetary benefit.

The Ruskies are really upping their war PPE. This when soldiers often have to but some of the equipment they need:

Adam Kadyrov. 18 year old son of the old man who's dying and will succeed his old man to the Chechnya throne. Except he's been critically injured in a car accident.
