He is a very brave fellow to be reporting in those circumstances.

Predictable reactions from around the world but amazed he is such a fool to have even suggested it unless it's trying to ape Trump and push a pro-Russia stance.FIFA boss Infantino backs Russia’s return to international football
FIFA boss Gianni Infantino has called for Russia’s return to international football, describing the ban imposed after Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine as ineffective.
Some news that I'm surprised seems to not be particularly widely reported, particularly after Infantino's "FIFA's Peace Award" for Trump.

Watched this last night. It's a very good insight into a "proper" journalist doing a (great) job in a very awkward situation. Well worth an hour of anyone's time.
Big developments in the next week or so... will keep forumites guessing.
In the meantime, Russia's second in command Lt Gen Vladimir Alexeyev shot 3 times in the chest in Moscow. Apparently, it was a female assassin. Alexeyev is in critical condition.
Lt Gen Vladimir Alexeyev was responsible for atrocities in Mariupol.
Possibly also behind the Salisbury attack.
