No, I just don't pretend that X under Musk is any worse now than it was previously or that his use of his money to achieve his preferred outcome is unique. It isn't; many of the ultra wealthy do it. Only Musk irks the forum.

I have no idea if you use it or not - but I'd expect the areas that were a toxic right-wing cesspit before Musk are still very much a toxic right-wing cesspit. Users might not see a lot of difference there.

Other parts changed enough for me & most people I used to interact with (and not just about politics, by a very long way) to abandon it.

Nothing to stop anyone creating the same on another AI program and putting them on any social media. I'd rather no AI allowed such images to be created, and I'd rather no platform allowed them.

Fair enough. I'm not active on the right wing cess pit feeds so I wouldn't know. The left wing female centred feeds are the same, but with more freedom to speak freely and less complaining about MAP profiles. It's good that there are now a variety of platforms available. Those who are inclined to can seek out the echo chamber of their choice, whether it's X or Bluesky or others.
