Think back to those times. Offices with staff in had plastic screens, limited seating, one way systems, handwash and regular wipe downs.
Any contact was severely limited. We had no retirement parties, no social events, no face to face meeting. Yet somehow No10 didn’t bother.

The cleaners knew it was a party.
The security guards knew it was a party.
Allegra Stratton knew it was a party.
But Johnson didn’t think it was a party.

Don't forget the Met police who are in 24 hour attendance at the address.
