What do you mean "so?"

Her 'public persona' is all the information she willingly divulged. This includes her religious beliefs.

If you don't understand that an Asian immigrant eschewing her parents' religions (Hinduism and Christianity) for a far Eastern religion whilst living in a culturally Christian country, and marrying a Jew, is an example of multi-culturalism I'm going to have to ask you what you've been drinking.

We clearly have different perception of what is meant by multi-culturalism.

What makes it even funnier is that Pallid Rinder is typing in a language that is a hybrid of Ingvaeonic languages spoken by Angles, Saxons, Jutes and Frisians, as well as Norman Romance langue d'oïl.
As usual, loads to say about historical linguistics but feck all idea about whether economic developments or international agreements played the greater part in the recovery of Germany during the Gustav Stresemann era.
Thicko!!

[patience Emily, now we wait and and see..]

In terms of the universe? No. In the context of us discussing it together on this forum? Yes, otherwise what's the point of any of us contributing at all?

Good point, perhaps we should all just listen and learn from the Oracle?

The future of human existence is multi culturalism. We can’t turn the clock back to 1900.

Mono culture is completely unsustainable as a concept. With cheap mass transit and instant communication it is no longer possible or economically desirable to stop mass movement around the globe.

The UK is probably one of the better examples of multi culturalism. I can’t think of many other countries that have done it better.

We should be embracing it and using it to our advantage.

Does it (ie what I mean) matter?

Of course an actual opinion in a forum discussing politics matters.

On the other hand we could all be trying so hard in our posts to show that we are oh so reasonable and not prejudiced in any way, either because we have no opinions, or because we are afraid to air them for some reason, that we are perpetually sat on the fence.
