Oh and these were probation grade staff.

Interesting use of "activist" there. So people who do not immediately fall in line with Trelon's wishes should have charges brought against them. Straight out of the Nazi playbook.

I think you will find impeachment charges can only be brought after both houses of Congress have passed such a motion. For it to get through the House of Representatives, would require the support of pretty much every Republican. The chances of that happening are extremely low, as not all of them are supporters of the orange rapist.
Then articles of impeachment would need to pass the Senate with a 2/3 majority in favour of the motion. The chances of that are almost zero.

When these judges issue these judgements, folk can do research and they have links to democratic connections. They are activists, their judgements aren't lasting as the Presidents team appeal against them.

I don't recall you describing the corrupt judge Aileen Cannon as an activist. What about Drew Tipton or Matthew Kacsmaryk, the judge of choice for the Christian right wing when they go judge shopping to take away women's rights?

I note with interest how of the examples Vance highlighted to "prove" his point, in the UK both were related to portection of patients close to abortion clinics. Coincidence?

And then I reflected that maybe they was us to be more US type "Freedom of Speech" and start banning books eg as of last Sept US public schools banned 10,000 books in most recent academic year" (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/sep/23/pen-book-bans).

Maybe they want us to be more along the lines of Freedom to say what you want as long as what you want to say is in alignment of the Trump/Musk ideology and excluding any contrary views is expected.
