Unfortunately everyone involved in this post is as thick as pigshoot.

The President's executive powers allow him to:
  • President's Powers:
The Constitution outlines the President's powers, including the authority to:
    • Veto legislation passed by Congress.
    • Command the armed forces.
    • Negotiate treaties with other nations.
    • Appoint federal judges and other officials (with Senate approval).
    • Grant pardons and reprieves.
However, the constitution also ensures that presidential power has checks and balances:-
  • Checks and Balances:
The powers of the President are subject to checks and balances by the other branches. For example, Congress can override a presidential veto with a two-thirds majority, and the Senate must approve presidential appointments and treaties.
So Trump is breaking both the law and the constitution.
