WTF did the voters in these States think was going to happen? It's not as if Trump hadn't signalled his intentions before the GE. Cuts to the NIH, universities and their hospitals, (taxpayer subsidisation of leftist agenda), were set out in Project 2025.

So, they had seed money. It's an attitude to make a success of your venture

I borrowed money from a bank to start a business, I fibbed and said it was loan to buy a car. But it was seed money.

It allowed me to save, get on property ladder, other ventures came along.

Those who don't take risks ultimately don't succeed in endeavours.

There is nothing wrong with having a go and failing. Get up start again.

An interesting thought (not saying I disagree with it), different people have different perceptions of starting with "nothing", in my limited experience.

In the 1980's, I worked for one of Thatcher's "entrepreneurs", all I will say is, his "starting from nothing" (after leaving Public School) wasn't quite the same position of my "starting from nothing" 😂
