I fully reason that education is wasted on a c.unt like you. However, the workplace regulations pertaining to the Fife court case, state the following from the Approved Code of Practice ...

220 A changing room or rooms should be provided for workers who change into special work clothing (see paragraph 213) and where they remove more than outer clothing. Changing rooms should also be provided where necessary to prevent workers’ own clothing being contaminated by a hazardous substance.

In other words, despite this being a case concerning one transitioner, unless workers require to remove their underwear in order to change into workwear, they need not be single sex spaces. The allegations against the doctor are no more than she was changing her outer clothing within the terms of the Approved Code of Practice.

You might also like to know that the UK operates a negative rights system - that is to say that individuals remain free to do what they like (this allegedly being a free country) until it is prohibited by law.
