Al Boulez is a monster, was not a trans woman at the time of the offences, is not a trans woman now, tried hoodwinking the authorities, and is held in the male prison estate. Next?

Deciding you are a transwoman is simply a matter of saying you are - this is what you have claimed throughout this thread, so let's have none of this genuine/not genuine thing.

These men are either all 'women' or none of them are. You don't get to pick and choose based on them being a sex offender or not.

Women do date other women - happens all the time.

Thomas isn't a woman. It was harmful for his teammates to have to change 18 times a week with him. He went from 400th nationally as a male to being a Women's record holder. He harmed every woman forced to change with him under threat of punishment. He harmed every woman he displaced or competed against.

Enough of this 'there's no evidence of harm' bs.

What a simpleton you are. In judicial proceedings, Mohamed Al Ballouz, who now identifies as Levana Ballouz, is recorded as male.

It'd be for the best.
The last time you tried you knowingly said a women(by birth sex, your metric) was a man in the womens prison in Limerick, when she was being held in Dublin.
Your basis for this was that she was in solitary for 23 of 24 hours a day. With extra guards, for her protection, in the one hour she wasn't in solitary.
You also cheered when a medical facility got handed over to the mens prison, with a lone female in it. And it wasn't Barbie.

The reason Barbie Khardashian is guarded 24/7 is that he is so dangerous he can't be left alone with anybody, especially women. It wasn't for his protection in the women's jail.
How nice that you're on first name terms with Barbie, the man who tried to gouge out his care worker's eyes and wanted to stab his mother to death.

Maybe you could take the time to explain why you feel female multiple murderers deserve to be in a hospital, with full freedom to move around(key to their own cell), whilst a man who'd been found guilty of the same would most likely get life in a prison.

Where have I said this? Some killers are mentally ill and end up in secure hospitals, some don't. I doubt sex comes into it, other than in number of beds available. Guess what though, most multiple murderers are men. There's been male 2 triple killers in court in the last week alone.

What a simpleton you are. I've said repeatedly and consistently, since the Vulcan mind meld is not yet a thing, there is no diagnostic test such as scans etc. The process in the UK requires the person to attend multiple appointments over a minimum of two years, show a consistent narrative of their their gender identity, usually with some evidence, such as in N's case records from social work intervention and from mental health support. They also are required to demonstrate that they can reasonably fulfil the social role. A GRC is not granted until a panel of experts convene after the two year period, study a portfolio of required evidence, and reach a decision.

The court referred to Ballouz as 'she' throughout the trial and the Judge Eric Downs
used 'she' and 'her' in his sentencing remarks.

I did say it wasn't Barbie. She's at a known address, not in prison.

You have said it, and more than once. Now your trying to claim female murderers are mentally ill. When they knew what they were doing was wrong, but they did it anyway.

Care to explain why two people, equally accountable for the death of a baby, get treated very differently. One got 18 months inside, the other got relocated with a new name and no time inside.
The only difference, the one who did time was male, the one relocated was female.
Then you can answer the points raised and answer the questions asked in my previous post.

That's to get a GRC. This has been your position on here:

The problem you have now though is that you have to find some way of reconciling your position that no one can define a woman and thus a woman is anyone who says 'I am a woman.. job done' with the number of trans women in court for violent or sexual offences.

So now you pivot to a. Not a trans woman unless they have a GRC, and b. Not a trans woman if they appear in court.

- which goes against what you've said before and goes against what every trans activist group says, which is that it's enough that people self identify.

Here you are again ... 'People are who they say they are..'

People are who they say they are ... unless they're a transwoman sex offender, then it turns out they aren't who they say they are at all.

Enough of this 'there's no evidence of harm' bs.

In the legal case, three teammates complained about feelings of awkwardness, they did not allege harm.
