Turns out the transphobes favourite nurse isn't such a nice person after all.

She told some jokes on a private group chat.

Its the only thing left that NHS Fife has to throw at the nurse.

They have lost the case.

She was exposed as making remarks that people found offensive in a workplace that taxpayers fund to treat everyone with dignity and respect. Not everyone finds bigotry funny. That includes me.

Better not tell the Irish, English Scotsman joke then

All of a sudden tax payers money is being wasted- look at the hundreds of thousands if not millions spent on bringing false allegation case against her, all for an ideology thats make believe.

She is the complainant!

She had to, they made false allegations against her from doctored evidence and lying statements

Fife NHS and the government tried to railroad her. Thankfully all the planets aligned ever-so nicely to expose the sham tribunal

Each day it becomes more apparent why monkers considered you an idiot. Here you are complaining about the cost of proceedings.

The internal investigation said that there was insufficient evidence of wrongdoing on either side. Accordingly Sandie Peggie returned to work. But because she had financial backing to sue the NHS, she proceeded. If the NHS lose this case, then costs will go against them. In other words this would become a cost to Scottish tax payers. If the NHS wins, then the cost is shouldered by Peggie's backers.

Only a small proportion goes against the NHS rest will from public purse.

Those bringing the vexatious disciplinary should face the costs - that would sharpen their mind before jumping headlong into a false case

In 30 years there doesn't seem to have been a complaint from either staff or patients about Sandie Peggie's work, so it doesn't look like her personal views came into her work.

Employment law exists to protect all of us.
The fact that you think not being a nice person is somehow relevant to whether women should have to get undressed in front of a man says a lot about you.

Does the law only apply to women who pass the moral approval of one of the forum's misogynist?
