Dear oh dear...turns out the 2nd place competitor doesn't give a toss if the winner was trans and has made a point of saying so, publically, after becoming aware of all the transphobes, like Aurora, spreading lies

You really need to get a dictionary.

Lie:-
an intentionally false statement.

It was perceived by people that she stood on the winners podium alone. An assumption was made and broadcast. Misinformation yes.
Can you demonstrate that there was any intent whatsoever by the people who posted to deliberately make a false statement?

The quotation of a picture and the statement that the 2nd and 3rd placed competitors did not stick around for the podium pics was entirely accurate.

Turns out that it is actually you who are spreading lies

Hilarious.
Your falsehood pointed out to you in spectacular terms, you now double down on it.
It wasn't a falsehood. Please how demonstrate any part of what was posted was false.
Your hypocrisy is making itself evident in spectacular terms, and you now double down on it.

I am correctly sexing them as male.

Trans women with a GRC are legally female.

Correctly sexing people isn't inflammatory language.

It is inflammatory language.

You remind me of those people who waste a good deal of police time by turning up at sensitive sites with cameras and uploading the footage to youtube. Their purpose is just to argue with police about their rights.

You also remind me of those people who were opposed to same sex marriage on the basis that 'marriage' was their special word, and that allowing same sex marriage undermines the sanctity of their own marriage. Now there are women like you who wish to argue that others can not share their special word, and that womanhood is defined by motherhood which is a kick in the teeth for women who would like to have children but couldn't.

There are blurred lines of divisions in human rights. Some people who just want to argue about that for the sake of it are just twats - you are one of them.

In practice trans women do no harm to women, do not conflict with the rights of women. You enjoy the argument that these rights cause conflict. Maybe you need something more in your life?

You seem short of information - maybe read the Pink News article that was linked.

Yawn.

Lie, misrepresentation...same difference.

The intent was the same. Why do you think the 2nd placed cis woman went out of her way to knock down the transphobes narrative.

Nope. If you genuinely post something that later you find out is not the case, that does not make you a liar.
This is why this topic is so hard to discuss.

Because she was actually asked what happened? Although it is also possible she is acutely aware of media backlash, the potential to lose sponsors, jeopardise her career etc.

Headlines in the Mail and Telegraph suggest this chap was struck off as a Teacher for misgendering:
https://www.lbc.co.uk/news/christia...ans-pupil-banned-from-profession-but-defiant/
Further reading suggests he was a serial offender; not just a one off.

He's clearly a bell end. As a teacher he is supposed to be encouraging his pupils to achieve as much as they can. That might just involve parking some of his beliefs at home. Teacher's should not deliberately make pupils uncomfortable, nor use their profession as a religious or political pulpit. They are there to teach the curriculum.

Probably the most interesting thing is that he is a maths teacher as it's usually the RE teachers that you have to complain about. Maths has nothing to do with gender nor homosexuality, so it really shouldn't be an issue for him.

I did. It's an article where they asked the opinion of the second placed woman who said she had no idea why people didn't bother with the podiums this year, and she headed off with her friends.

A trans woman was the winner. Your deliberate misgendering is likely to inflame antagonism & even violence towards an already vulnerable group of people.
But without it, it would be bloody confusing. transwoman isn't a gender (as far as I'm aware) just a differentiation. To take it to a logical conclusion if the winner has a GRC then she shouldn't even be referred to as a transwoman.

Are we really reduced to saying that women with wombs were beaten by a woman who previously owned testicles?

First ever example of misrepresentation from the poster concerned?

Nope. It's a pattern, a tactic, and it is entrenched dishonesty.

First ever example of misrepresentation from yourself?
Nope. It's a pattern, a tactic and it is entrenched dishonesty and abusiveness.

Engage with people's points rather than constantly putting them down and making personal attacks.

I think what you're saying is that you're happy to use abusive & inflammatory language towards a small group of people who already suffer a huge amount of abuse.

Pointing out repeated misrepresentation is not "personal attack". It is engaging with their 'points'.
