The difficulty you are facing is that the contemporaneous rules were not to your liking. Stated that way I have no objection. However, stating that they were cheating is a false allegation. Stating that they would be unable to write about Hyrox in an unbiased way due to their exclusion under revised rules could have had validity, however you did not demonstrate such bias in the writing.

Men in female sports is a contentious issue. The bias is in the omission that the athlete is a man and the author is a man (and therefore has a vested interest in making the omission).

You can argue it is a potential bias. However to say that there is ''the bias'' you need to demonstrate that through the writing. You haven't done so.

The bias is in the omissions. An interview with a paraolympic athlete that knew but failed to mention he had no disability would similarly be biased. If the author of such an article was also pretending to be disabled that would again be bias by omission.

You know this but the endless pedantry is intended to distract from the fact that men were (still are) competing in women's events and the BBC failed to report that in an impartial manner.

Fortunately the sports world is coming to it's senses and the likes of Gabriel, who has competed in the Women's class in Crossfit, Hyrox, and athletics, will find it increasingly difficult to find a sport where he can impose himself where he doesn't belong.

I am not using pedantry. You have been making unfounded accusations. You are continuing to use whataboutery. And now you say the bias is not what they have said but what they haven't said.

I have seen no evidence of cheating or of bias. I think this is the point I declare boredom and say ''I'm out''.

I've said from the start it was bias in omitting information and a vested interest. Giant unit of a man competes in the Women's class in 3 different sports but isn't a cheat because some rulebooks allowed him to cheat. Not buying it.

He came 74th out of 1274 in the F35 category in the Cardiff half marathon bumping 1200 women down a place. I'm bored with men defending that. Good job it's coming to an end.

Yes, bit of a change from when the BBC changed a rape victims own words from 'he' to 'they' so the rapist wasn't called a male.

So describe how the article is distorted or what is being misrepresented. Several of us have read it and cannot find any untruths, distortions or misrepresentations.

Please describe less than 500 words how complying with the rules of an event can also be classed as cheating.

And how is this connected to Hyrox? if anything Hyrox appear to have come up with a sensible way of doing this. Imagine if Gabriel had received "Congratulations your run was classed as 74th out of 1274" whilst Kate (imaginary biological woman) received "Congratulations your run was classed as 74th out of 1273".

All you have to do is create a streamed dataset, then you can include transwomen in the women's race as long as there is an understanding that their placement is virtual for their own personal benefit.

Seems like a potential win to me.
