You didn't check before responding?Unless Methylphenidate has irreversible physical and possibly mental development consequences for 11 year olds it's not really a proper comparison. Also, narcolepsy doesn't resolve with counselling like body dysphoria often does. There is no good quality evidence that puberty blockers benefit children.
