It is clear you have no answers to the points raised. Where you have no answers you pursue a personal spat. Your tactics may have been successful in driving Monica to anger, but take heed, they will not succeed against me, I will keep on dismantling your arrogant and false assertions about the law whenever you present them, and I have the time. Bad news for you then, my contract in Strasbourg ends on the last day of the month with my last day at work being last Friday. I've now made an offer on a house which has been accepted - contracts will be agreed in the new year. I shall not be returning to the UK other than occasional visits.

The ''minor legal victories'' that Sex Matters and your team are also calling ''travesties'' you mean? Let's also be clear that these are cases brought by gender critical complainants not hencefar by trans people.
