Your tactics may have been successful in driving Monica to anger, but take heed, they will not succeed against me, I will keep on dismantling your arrogant and false assertions about the law whenever you present them, and I have the time. Bad news for you then, my contract in Strasbourg ends on the last day of the month with my last day at work being last Friday. The ''minor legal victories'' that Sex Matters and your team are also calling ''travesties'' you mean? Let's also be clear that these are cases brought by gender critical complainants not hencefar by trans people.

I'm trying to be quite gentle with you and lead you to a better understanding. I would like you to consider that if you can not find places in statute or legal precedent that performs some level of proof of your claim, that is reasonable to say that your claim does not exist in law.

So you are quite right, it does remain a pointless discussion due to the grounds you are arguing from. The presumption must be that your claim is either wrong in law, or that you don't know the law sufficiently to find that determination as a matter of fact. Perhaps you can enlighten further, so that progress can be made?

The GC team here are unable to stand up their points in regard to the law as I am certain you will have noticed. Therefore I must be discredited by any means other than rational argument.

The amusement to me is that Aurora persists with posting old posts from when monkers was fragile while simultaneously claiming my writing style is exactly the same as earlier posts.

Out of necessity I have needed to protect my identity very carefully. If the GC team think they can cause me to reveal my identity to them they are mistaken.

I hope you will understand that I do not use other social media because I am careful to protect my identity. I continue to post using the monkers 'handle' as a safer means than opening a new account. It must be a luxury to be safe to open sm accounts using your own identity details.

@monkers not sure if you'd explained the ID thing before. I don't know if the reason is personal or professional but it must be difficult if you need to be careful.

My personal email is forename.surname and I've never had to worry about using it though I do have stealth email on Proton.
