Males and females already have equal rights.

What we dont need is males having any female rights when obviously they are always going to be male, no matter how you dress or feel like

Congratulations, you've just undone the basis of the Supreme Court Judgment. I applaud.

I think most people, sane or otherwise, would expect a birth certificate to refer to biological sex. I doubt the general population has caught on to the fact that 'sex' on a birth certificate can be changed.

That is the power of any deeming provision. It forms the legal basis and demonstrates beyond doubt the intention of parliament.

And to "girl", no less. What a thrilling fantasy.

(Speaking of sanity, mine is now in question for taking him off ignore. No insult intended to those who have stayed in the trenches.)

The Supreme Court judgement didn't remove any rights from males nor from females. Trans identifying men and women continue to have the same rights as other men and women. They also have additional protection under the Equality Act for their subjective identity.

The word "subjective" was unnecessary.
