Which makes it pretty clear that despite what some folk would like you to believe, there isn't a massive trans led invasion in sport, or anywhere.

Very few athletes reach Olympian levels. They still deserve fairness in their sports, whatever level they compete at. High school girls deserve to fairly excel in their own sports as much as world class athletes.

As I have said a dozen times on here, fairness in sports is decided at the outset. It's not decided afterwards based on the outcome. It's not decided by the numbers of cheats being small either. Doped riders like Lance Armstrong didn't win every race they rode in; they still had an unfair advantage.

Here's an archive of women who were displaced by male athletes. Most of these are women (most in US) who lost out to trans identifying men, mostly not to dsd athletes.

Cycling is one of the worst sports for continuing to allow male participation in the Women's category, especially in the US.

I thought this bit of the Guardian report was particularly nasty.

It's basically telling girls their right to defy stereotypes rests on allowing males into their sports. Girls who aren't ultra feminine have to forego fairness in case someone claims they're a boy. It's a situation wholly created by trans activism in the first place.

And this para seems a bit racist.

It's a cheek swab that all seeking to compete in the women's category will take. I don't see how it's racist. If anything, as elite level dsd athletes disproportionately come from developing countries it will benefit ethnic minority women as they won't be displaced by their country's 5ard male competitors.

The only people 'overly affected' will be men.

Not my belief and not the point.

I didn't say it was. And the point was brought up by others, though I'm not entirely sure what it is.

Mine is that swabbing kids is impractical for a variety of reasons.

If anyone else is involved with sport at a youth level I'd be genuinely interested to hear their ideas.
