Kinda feel like I'm doing most of the low art / lowlife juxtaposition, heavy lifting atm .

Well, since you ask, I finished this off yesterday... The picture I did a while ago, the whole 'thing in front of a kinda city' is definitely a bit of a motif of mine. The mount I guess is part of my experimental foray into making frames and stuff, this is my first one and I'm pretty pleased with how it came out.

Mogwai were predictably awesome.

Possibly best gig of theirs I've seen, though I've never been dissapointed by them.

And they were doing projections onto the Lovell telescope too..🎡

I'm for decent, caring people. I was helping at a control on Graham's events today. Two normally strong and capable riders, husband & wife, came in with 5 mins to spare, an hour behind anyone else. Turns out they'd spent two hours talking someone off the parapet of a motorway bridge. "We watched him walk off in the other direction towards his home and then we set off again".

Thank you! I try to avoid buying stuff when I know I've got perfectly serviceable bits of rubbish kicking about which I can have a go at repurposing.

Glad you enjoyed Mogwai, and I fully agree about them live - I've seen them several times and every gig has been different but none have been disappointing. They're such a tight live act, it's really impressive.
