I see that the Israelis are mourning the three hostages tragically killed by their own forces.

Unarmed men mistakenly shot because the IDF thought they were unarmed Palestinians...

Hamas bear responsibility for taking the hostages. The Israeli army oth seem to shoot anything that moves in Gaza, in this case it was Israeli hostages and that's why we are hearing about it, but there's no reason to believe that this is not the Israeli army normal modus operandi.

I didn't say Hamas bears no responsibility. But the slaughter and destruction which is taking place in Gaza, to me demonstrates a mindset and intention, which comes from the top down. Namely the massacre of innocent civilians, whether it is destroying blocks of flats through missile and bomb strikes, or tanks and boots on the ground.

Indeed. And only about 50 of the 64 journalists killed in Gaza were criminal assassinations.

You can say of them what you want, but at least they took full responsibility, shooting everyone on sight doesn't really add up with all those video's of hostages we see, evacuation corridors etc. now do we?
However other information from this particular event suggest chaos because Hamas just before had tried (and possibly been succesfull) sucide bomb attacks on isreali forces, also with an seemingly unarmed person. (in case you believe those media claiming they strip hostage in their underwear out of humiliations, not true they just don't want to be blown to pieces)
