You know - I'm not sure it works like that.

If brought up in a muslim household It'd be the most devout muslim, and likely a supporter of hamas and the taliban.

Meanwhile in Gaza anyone who had opposed Hamas being executed one-by-one. and the ones behind the line now contolled by Hamas are regrouping/re-arming etc. In case anyone was still believing in the dream of an disarmed Hamas.. this will go like most peace proposals went, Hamas breaks it from the very first day, and when Israel hits back, this topic will be full with posts blasting Israel for breaking the peace deal, because Hamas will be sure their media put out that narrative too.

Who needs reality when you can just make one up right?

You’ve literally just made up a scenario. How about waiting to see what actually happens?

Who ended the previous ceasefire agreement?

I didn't think anybody here was claiming Hamas were angels. My current (subject to change) view is that this ceasefire deal suffers lack of detail and was rushed through with inadequate thought & safeguards and ignoring input from other useful sources. One hopes it will hold but these things are complex and this hasn't been properly considered by or had input from those who could have foreseen many of the pitfalls.

Part of the peace deal was Hamas to disarm and that they would have no part in any future government. (at least that is what multiple media reported)

Hamas killing their opponents whilst the deal was they disarm is nothing made up about. The part that Israel gets blamed is has indeed not happened.. yet. (but has happended over the past 10/15 years)

October 7 anyone? Alltough again if you count 2008 as the start Hamas never fully respected the peace deal. With Israel blasted every time they responded a bit harder then just shooting down the rockets that have been fired into Israel. (yes that happened so frequent that it wasn't even reported anymore)

I would say an lack of force, if the alternative Israel going into every part of Gaza to rout out Hamas and Blowing up the cozy hideaway in Qatar lead them to agree with terms that said ''you shall disarm and have no role in future Gaza politics or official positions'' That defacto surrender should have been enforced from the moment they agreed to that they should have been enforced to act upon it. (and that force doesn't have to be Israel a other country would be much better, i just don't think many country are keen to send their troops into that hellhole.)
Now that are allowed to mobilize kill everyone who opposed them in Gaza and restore their rule.
Meaning that if they now say ''nah, the part about disarming we where only kidding'' it will be much harder to enforce them keeping part their part of the deal.

To be honest if there are enough safeguards i don't really know,(there are many reports about whats in their but not that much confirmation) a other thing here is transparency we still don't know what is exactly in those papers, i get the feeling it will be hostages released Israel building an bigger fortress on the Gaza and Gaza returning to the mess it was.

Since both sides have already (from Day 1) said that they strongly oppose some of the "peace deal" I'd say there is a long way to go.
And that is if it is at all possible.

Looks like Israel will have to go in and completely destroy hamas

Israel helped arm various clans who looted aid amongst other activities. Whilst the preferable outcome would be a judicial process, it's hardly surprising that Hamas are a bit miffed.

A lot of Israelis are upset about it though. It seems as though Israel believes it has the monopoly on shooting unarmed Palestinians.

That’s my understanding too. Presumably these traitors understood the penalty for collaborating with an enemy and carried on anyway. They are effectively spies caught behind enemy lines, a status which has historically resulted in summary execution.
