Erm... seems identical to what I said except expressed differently.
I have a different take on it... (this is where we could go around and around on the word salad roundabout).

My take had an addition of those who are not anti-Jewish. Those who originally had hatred are unlikely to change their views, especially so today. The increase in hatred which is reasonable given what is happening is the story. Those reasons need to be removed.
