It would be interesting to see how things are classified as terrorism. Would an attack on a mosque by the edl in 2010 have been classified as a terrorist attack?

BBC reports the 17 year old boy was born in Cardiff. So UK born and bred.
And don’t name them as a responsible media organisation would never name a minor.
Plus there are mental health concerns too, which is another red flag for reporting.
