Well, if anybody wants to take a look at what my wife and I got up to on honeymoon, take a look at this video and it should give you some idea.

:notworthy:

I'm yet to have a 'proper*' honeymoon .

But when it happens it will definitely involve a decent length train trip.
- And doubtless a very loooong walk.

Who knows , perhaps even some impropriety...

Meanwhile, further excitement ensues .

Mechanic for 'big' tractor turning up soon, to do hydraulic stuff .

Aaaand a new 6' wide bucket  for the fore end loader is on order.

I'll post pictures at some point , if it's not considered just too titillating for these respectable pages, or Mrs Milkfloat.. :hyper:

I was rather hoping someone could enlighten me as to why the Skye' fireboat spouts off like this, for no apparent reason when passing under the bridge .
It's just cuillin off...

Meanwhile here's a photie I took on my honeymoon.

BTW I never saw the thread on CC. Could someone who did please tell us when we've reached an equivalent level of puerility?

I left my heart in Ouray, Colorado.

But the rest of the state was nice as well. It's got mountains, deserts, rivers, forests... we had heatwaves and blizzards, we walked up mountains, we cycled round vineyards, we bathed in hot springs... we stayed in scruffy motels and luxury hotels, we saw ghost mining towns and ancient settlements, brown bears and hummingbirds... ate the best beef I've ever had out at the ranch and drank matcha tea with a weird cult...

It's like the Peak District on steroids.
