Depends how shortsighted you are. You're correct I'm not a member of an ethnic minority (but I am ginger - which would seem to be just as bad, from what you say) but the thing about aggressive, fascistic bigots of the sort you describe is that they don't tend to stop at just the one target.

I'd hazard a guess you won't know who Pastor Martin Niemöller was - but you have probably seen, or are aware of his poem First They Came. That's why it would be my concern - and that of anyone who wasn't an aggressive, fascistic bigot themselves.

From what I recall of Shep's example, the National Front (mostly encountered during Rock Against Racism protests, way back in the mists of my yoof) - they were decidedly fascistic, hence my use of that particular term. But yes, probably only other aggressive people are OK with aggressive people. Me, despite looking like a psychopath, I'm a proper limp, snowflake softy. Never been to a Football match in my life.
