Please explain for the dumb witted.

It's like how Labour instantly lost my vote a couple of elections ago when one of their prospective councillors called me a name on twitter for being a floating voter.

Because apparently Labour back then were too thick to realise that you win elections by getting floating voters to decide in favour of your party, and too nasty to even try to hide their contempt for someone who may have voted for a different party in the past.

@mudsticks accuses me of being unfaithful, basically.

I never would do such a thing...

In the absence of pr (of any variety) tactical voting is just about the only hope of getting 'Not the Tories' for many of us..

I just liked the slightly obscure 'Correctile disfunction' cartoon - and thought you might too 😊

I did.

It may surprise you to learn though, despite my vociferous support of it in principle, I have never voted what you would call tactically.

Funnily enough me barely ever either.

The 'alternatives to Tory' are usually all so devoid of hope hereabouts that I just have to signal my general 'Green' concerns and aspirations, and trust it gets 'counted' in some way shape or form...

Not here in the home of the po faced.
I thought it was the terminally po faced..

Starmer/Davey.....Davey/Starmer.
That really fills me with hope

Ok Labour Peeps, Can you answer this.

Two councils in Scotland have deals done between Labour and the Tories. South Lanarkshire, which voted majority SNP, now have Labour back in charge after they did a deal with the Tories.

Moray Council have their minority Tory administration back in charge, again despite the majority of the public votes beng for SNP (as in S Lanarkshire) because they did a deal with Labour.

Whose side are Labour on? They're happy to deal with a bunch of ultra right wing BJ supporters just to get their hands on power. Doesn't bode well for the next GE and Labour wonder why they've lost Scotland?
