and you only want to give your opinion and not listen to anyone elses either.....so your just as pig ingnorant

yuo can still go to different countries, no one is stopping you...just fill in the forms and get a visa before you go...

yet again back to name calling cause yuor point is being challenged.........yet remainers dont do those things do they, its only brexiteers that abise and name call people

Yeah, but the point is you didn't have to do that before.

It has been made more difficult by leaving the EU.

Technically, you don't have to be in the EU to learn a language out of a book, or stay with family, that much is true, but it has been made more difficult to get there. Didn't have to mess about with forms and visas. Quick passport check, off you go. If you're fine with the bureaucracy this has created that's fine with me.

And yeah, I learned French at school. Le Lycais Francais de Los Angeles, I'd previously learned it out of a book in Scotland, and while I was OK, I was far better in a month there than I would have been, surrounded by native speaking French people.

No. I gave you detailed information as to why freedom of movement is better than what you propose. It allows an individual to move around 27 countries, working where they need to, without paperwork.
It allows musicians to freely travel and give concerts in other countries without paying huge costs, applying for visas and work permits etc.

Your detailed take is that if we want to learn Italian we can work at an Italian restaurant. You refuse to open your eyes, or provide direct rebuttals to any of the points that have been made by any of the posters in this thread. You provide no evidence, no research, no detail.
This demonstrates ignorance of the subject and a lack of willingness to educate yourself about it.

Pig -ignorant is not an insult it is a reasonable assessment based on the evidence provided in your posts on this forum. Your only method of refutation and discussion is to put your fingers in your ears and hurl insults.

If you want to engage in an adult discussion, how about addressing the following:
How is the removal of freedom of movement beneficial to the following groups:
  • Musicians
  • Scientists
  • Students
  • long term consequences for workforce recruitment, training and employee terms and conditions in the UK across sectors such as farming and healthcare
We all know that people can apply for a job in an EU country, get the visa etc, but there is considerably more work involved which will put many people off, and if you need to tour between countries it is now almost impossible to do.

It's a bit sad to think that you can learn everything about a country, its languages and people by reading a text book. Life is a rich tapestry, experiences need to be first hand.

I won't comment on @jowwy 's language skills, I think they stand for themselves.

no one said you can only learn from a book......you can travel all around europe and learn if you want too, just get a visa and fill in the correct forms

same as you need to do for america, canada, australia, new zeland etc etc etc......its pretty simple really.

Blimey, I've heard remainers getting blamed for all sorts in the past, getting NACA shunted is a new one though.

nothing to do with the french not turning up for work then????? i mean its the EU that stated passports needed stamping on entry, they could have just said during the negotation process that this wasnt required......but nope, they had to punish the uk for leaving some how and deter other countries doing the same

No, nothing, it's not the fault of the French that the UK shat the bed.
Who pays for the extra French staff, you going to pay a bit extra for getting what you voted for?

Your lack of empathy is showing.

Either way, you can't have one without the rest, so the determination to end the free movement of UK residents farked up everything else, nicely played.
