I've got a legacy PAYG account with 3 and I'm using that for data while holidaying in France.

My EE service will charge me. It could not while we were in the EU.

In most people's eyes that's a cost.

That was over 5yrs ago…..and we were in the EU then, so if we were being charged then…why are people moaning about being charged now???

I also got a message from EE the other day, saying that as an existing customer I wouldn't be charged for roaming..
