My Gran and all the old women in the pub back in the day used to love their Mackeson....for medicinal purposes obviously.

Indeed not. I have fond memories, of my maternal great grand father, drinking Mackeson. As a child, my father used to take me to visit Great Grandfather (a old coal miner, then in his late 80s, living in a house with no electricity, no running water, no bathroom, gas lights and a coal fire for heating), we used to take with us a few bottles of Mackeson, which GGF. gratefully accepted, and sat, in his rocking chair, drinking, chewing tobacco and spitting in the fire. Happy days

old Jacob will be good at that job, he has already grabbed the opportunity to move some of his Company to Dublin, so, he is not impacted by any Brexit fall-out. What an opportunity (for him).

I've just read this https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2022/feb/08/boris-johnson-starts-mini-reshuffle and my sides are aching with laughing at it. To think there are actually people - AND THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE - who think this is a good idea! Rees-Mogg!
