Same. I think that all "vodcasts" should have a text summary so I don't have to watch some self-gratification artist banging on for 20 minutes and can just find the point of what people were interested in.

I’ll like podcasts, but only listen to them on my headphones while doing other things. I’ve always preferred radio over watching and reading for that reason.

Many podcasts have a text version of the show. It's usually linked in the show notes on Spotify. It's handy if you missed a name or book that was mentioned.

Long stuff is good as a pod cast. Vodcasts seem to be a waste of time.

A vodcast is like watching radio. I occasionally watch what LBC or Time Radio put out on YouTube and you get a little more nuance I suppose, but not enough to make me want to watch a vod podcast over something that was originally intended to be watched.

This is unfortunately not really news, as it is, or should be, well known by now. When analysing the arrests during the Farage riots in Southampton after the verdict for Henry Nowak's murder, the graun found that 22 out of 37 had previous for domestic violence.

England’s away supporters were very well behaved in USA.

So basically if it’s going to cost £10k just to get there and you risk being shot by police, the hooligans tend to stay away. Funny that.

Been for a drive to Dad's and back today. The driving standards are shocking these days. (I know, old man shouting at clouds.)
Seems to be there is no right of way any more, just my right of way. People are pulling out in dangerous situations, it's nuts.

They need lower speed limits because they are incapable of driving safely at the higher speed limits.

Wonder how bad it has to be to get passed "Slight". Checked a road near me and one I know that happened.
The pedestrian had just got off the school bus, crossing in front of the bus not the best idea, he was hit by a private hire vehicle travelling over the speed limit. Ending up inside the vehicle, having "entered" through the windscreen.
Driver was still trying to get him out when the police arrived. Pedestrian was on crutches for months, and spent a week in hospital.

Some reports at the time said that the car was airborne at one point, just before a crossroads heading downhill.
Driver kept both his private hire licence and driving licence.
