Actually the UK legal system has rules about information being put into the public domain as it can jeopardise a subsequent trial. Evidence is not "withheld".
He was not charged with terrorism.
Can you provide evidence about him being captured by islamic ideology as all the investigations, charges, etc. in the UK indicate this is not the case.
