Big big omission given the current state of the world she made no reference to the further increases Starmer was talking about recently. She quoted already budgeted examples (the 2.5%) but nothing about Starmer and 3% this Parliament (Munich Security Conference). Massive omission given how she did recognise the current "instability" from so many armed conflicts spreading.
