But I was talking about the driver only trains. They work all across Europe, Australia, all over London of course on the underground, why then are our train drivers going on strike because they are so unsafe? Why aren't there a ton of people being killed by them every week?

They work all across Europe,

You keep saying this without challenge. In the past 2 months I have been on trains in Holland (multi, multiple times), Germany, Switzerland, France, Austria and Italy. Not one was driver only. Not one. The Swiss trains even had sniffer dogs.
