Rather cheering - I'm at Penryn with seven student musicians, all male, and they are going down to the pub to watch the England match. Women's football has come a long way, and it's really good to see. Not that I'm going to watch, as it's football. Better use of my time to do some trumpet practice.

I am (or, maybe that should be was) a committed non-fan of football. But, I have found the England Ladies passage through the Euros, strangely interesting. I may even watch the Germany v Spain game. 😂

If England win the final, I think they should make Sarina manager of the England men's team 😂

They didn't after she managed England to victory at the last Euros, against Ze Germans and probably wouldn't even if she repeated the fear.

The contempt in which the women's game is held is pretty depressing.
