I think they did with the second Severn bridge from memory of watching progress from my bathroom window - maybe not on that one in China though!

I'm still coming to terms with the fact that there are now two Severn bridges (I'm a slow learner) - there I was (correctly) thinking that you weren't old enough to have seen the (first) bridge built.

They should get a better job so they can buy a new car.

If a company cannot cover its debts there are insolvency tests before administration takes over.

Balance sheet and cash flow insolvency. Negotiating failed to resolve the issues.

Loss of a significant legal case would tip a company over into administration whilst negotiations took place
