Absolutely disgusting. My Grandad worked in Marketing in the 1950s and he'd be turning in his grave if he knew these people were trying to cast aside seventy years of tradition.

Cheaper places are available..I have ventured that far South in the past but not for quite a while. Perhaps Devon and Cornwall attract a more well heeled tourist than the places I frequent for hols. If we ate and drank there as a family it would be £100, which seems a lot for a pub lunch.
