£324.84 was the Standard Allowance in 2021/22 but was bumped up to £411.51 until October by the Covid era 'uplift'.

£368.74 is the 23/24 rate, ie that which applies until April 24.

It will increase by September's RPI (6.8%?) from then on but I've not yet seen the exact rates proposed for 24/25 .

Looks like the charges arise because this was a premeditated action rather than something done out of desperation. The Judge's sentencing remarks may be interesting though.
