UEFA needs to offer an alternative to Infantino, preferably no-European.
Tony Blair’s at a loose end I believe..

Starmer like his footie.
Yeah but I think to unite Africa and the Americas etc. Europe needs to propose a non-European. Europe is seen as a bit of an Old Boys club. After all originally the FA was the original ruling body.
Not looking good for Infantino and Donnie.

Yeah but Donny will look at the picture and go back to needing Greenland*.

*Greenland not allowed membership as they only have astro turf, even tho’ their pitches are in very picturesque locations.
Is Astroturf a country? Could it vote for Infantino?
Elon Musk now owns the moon. Surely he gets a vote? What about Mar a Lago? Isn't that an independent country? So two votes right there.
Seriously. I suspect Infantino is a gonner. Sepp Blatter was reelected shortly before he resigned, and I think UECA et al. will keep their foot on Infantino's throat even if he's re-elected. They do after all have all of the pre-FIFA source material on him, when he worked under well known ethical football administrator Michele Platini.
However, I think there will be a non European candidate put up before March from Canada or the Middle East. Likely the former. As soon as that person gets UEFA and CONCACAF (or other relevant home federation), and they make promises to support lots of small federations, with some personal bribes and one or two new pitches, Infantino's support will evaporate.
Could they find a white South African with a lot of money to unite the game, as obviously Trump wouldn't agree to someone black.
Though I'd propose a black African woman, maybe from a 'shithole' country Trump has referenced, just to piss him off.
Second thoughts, does Michelle Obama like football?
That's an interesting aspect. Those who might benefit from Infant's giving more funds to less wealthy football associations seem to be considering their choice on the assumption that Infant's replacement wouldn't give them such funding. But if they were given the choice of same funding but without eg awarding Trump peace prizes, without wanting to sell off the game, etc. might they choice be to replace Infant? As soon as that person gets UEFA and CONCACAF (or other relevant home federation), and they make promises to support lots of small federations, with some personal bribes and one or two new pitches, Infantino's support will evaporate.

I doubt the funds will/would end up benefiting the grassroots, the whole thing is corrupt, they will line their own pockets.
