I'm not familiar with the organisation but from an outsider's perspective I think the Presidency needs stripping of quite a lot of the powers linked to the post. That Infant can unilaterally create a "Peace Prize" and award it to Trümp without the organisation even being aware, let alone having a say, that the President can negotiate selling the World Cup to private companies without the rest of the organisation being aware to me suggests there is too much power in the Presidential role.

The fact that Sepp Blatter was thought to be terrible and corrupt too does suggest that the role is misconceived. It does seem open to abuse when the people voting for you can be targeted with largesse controlled by the person who wants to be elected.

The cost of what's being asked for there probably runs to the thick end of six figures. Nae chance that can be absorbed by most lower league clubs.

I think this would depend on the "level" of the football club. If the lad is playing at a club with paid coaches, their fees would need covering on top of the day to day expenses of the club. Does the £800 cover kit? Does the rugby player have to pay for their own? etc.
