That's based on city centre hotels. For 14 nights, and not approved England FA packages or anything like that. In which case I'm surprised it is that low.

If on the other hand you rent a car and stay in a hotel 6 a couple of hours away and survive without catching an std, you will probably find the accommodating and travel cost drops significantly.
