It sums up the British public that 21% can't decide if the current Prime Minister has what it takes to be a good Prime Minister after watching him do the job for two years. I guess they weren't allowed to ask social media what they should think.
Personal view: Polanski might talk about wanting to be PM but it's never going to happen. Best he can dream of is some influence in a minority Government or a slim majority with enough rebellious backbenchers. Probably more through ability to block than ability to make policy.
