My prediction: The Panama & Greenland issue will be "solved" through a fudge. I suspect some "Americas Protection Consortium" (or some other dreamt up name) will be created, sort of "mini-NATO' allowing Trump to declare he's accomplished what's necessary to protect the US yet allowing Greenland and Panama to retain sovereignty. Likely be a few trivial undertakings, more about spin and PR.

Donald Trump has already began his assault on migrant people and their US born offspring, the LGBT community, and women, is leaving the WHO and the Paris Agreement. He has pardoned 1500 convicts who rioted to support him.

In the news, Musk's salute, and oh Melania's hat ... and that's what is being discussed here. It's the end of times.

She only served 60 days. Some got extremely long sentences.

All they did was walk around the building, no one died.

Pelosi refused Trump's offer to send up to 10,000 military guards.

AOC said she felt like she was going to be raped, except she wasn't even in the building where the protesters were

Well, some people died.
“On January 6, 2021, a Constitutional proceeding was disrupted when a mob of Trump-inspired thugs attacked and trashed the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to overturn a free and fair election. Americans saw this violent desecration of our Capitol in real time and horrible detail. The grimmest reality of that day was the resulting deaths of five law enforcement officers and the injury of approximately 140 others, many of whom still pay a price for that day. And now, those attackers have been pardoned by the President who incited their violence.

“This action by President Trump is a national embarrassment. These law enforcement officers risked their lives for us—and some of them died as a result of this attack. America owes these brave law enforcement officers an apology for this attempt to whitewash the truth of January 6.”

Pelosi refused Trump's offer to send up to 10,000 military guards.
There was no offer. That was nonsense.
Trump, in his post, says he made a “recommendation for troops” and that then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) failed to act on it. But the evidence shows Trump did not issue any formal request — so there was nothing for Pelosi to heed. The committee report says it found “no evidence” to support the claim that he ordered 10,000 troops.

Moreover, the committee said that when he referenced so many troops, it was not because he wanted to protect the Capitol. He “floated the idea of having 10,000 National Guardsmen deployed to protect him and his supporters from any supposed threats by left-wing counterprotesters,” the report said.

AOC said she felt like she was going to be raped, except she wasn't even in the building where the protesters were
That doesn't alter her fear of being attacked.
‘Ocasio-Cortez never claimed she was in the main Capitol building, nor did she claim she was face-to-face with a mob of violent rioters. In an Instagram Live video about the riots, she explained that she was in her office in a neighboring building on the Capitol complex, where she experienced a frightening encounter with a Capitol police officer who she said didn’t announce himself. “For you all to know, there’s the Capitol Hill complex,” she told her Instagram followers. “But members of Congress, except for, you know, the speaker and other very, very high ranking ones, don’t actually work in a building with the dome. There’s buildings like right next to the dome, and that’s where our actual offices are.” Ocasio-Cortez’s office is across the street from the main Capitol building, in the Cannon building, which AP reporters on the scene confirmed was evacuated during the riots. The Cannon building is also connected to the Capitol building by a series of tunnels, which allow members of Congress to travel between buildings underground. Those tunnels were mentioned in some earlier communications between militia members charged in the insurrection, suggesting rioters planned to use them to attack members of Congress.’
