My partner bought me one of those DNA kit things a few Christmases ago.She was more interested than me as she can trace her family back quite a long way,even to the spot where a relative was hung drawn and quartered ! Which doesn't surprise me with her family 🙄
Anyway no suprises mine was all over the place lol...sort of knew the Lithuania and Russia,but there was loads of connections to different parts of the world.
Hers was 96% Irish ! Could have saved her the money with hers,she's as Irish as they come.

Mum's side of the family were all from Wales
