Labours majority is probably beg enough to ensure he wins.

Support or not, he is still Labour. Even if he is suspended from LP, he can, and probably will, vote as if still a member

Most of the electorate probably don’t even know about the “furore”, they just put their "X" next to Labour (which Ali still is, according to ballot papers)

Interesting / amusing that Labour got caught out like this.

To put some context

This compares to a monthly reach in the UK of 10.9 million for the BBC News Channel, and an average viewing time of one minute and 58 seconds, while at Sky News it was 8.2 million and one minute and 22 seconds respectively

The growth is excellent for a new channel. It has a monthly audience into the millions. It is small fry compared to BBC news, but is quickly catching Sky news
