Who do you think you are you to be making demands like that?
Who are you to say men should be allowed to punch women for sport?

How many races was that, simple number will do. Don't sidestep the question.
How many races did he ride whilst doping? Who knows? Did he only have unfair advantage if he won? Or in every race he was doped in?

Unfair advantage isn't judged by outcome. Should I be allowed in the paraolympics, because 'I'm not disabled but it's fine because I probably wouldn't come first....'. ? Of course not.

That's the relevant point, which you seem to struggle to grasp.

Let's do a swab test and clarify the situation once and for all.

Until then, STFU. You people calling every athlete who wins in the women's category a man is pretty farking tedious.

You remember that case a few months ago when a female athlete won a race? All the bigots on Mumsnet decided by her appearance that she must be trans. You'd have thought they'd have eaten a lot of humble pie, but no, just the usual crafted excuses for being daffodils.

In the Women's competition. Which is where they fight now, because Bacyadan is a woman.
Do trans men take testosterone on a regular basis? If so, wouldn't that give them an unfair advantage in the women's class?Forgive my ignorance if this is common knowledge.

There are limits for women, so trans would need to be under those

You know something that the IOC doesn't?
Or is it just more mouthing off.

Do you qualify for participation in the Paralympics?
If not, your "comparison" is way off the mark.
As for the paraolympics, where are they held, when are they held?
That's the relevant point, which you seem to struggle to grasp.
That's what you keep on getting wrong. I'd say it's because there's something about a person who has transitioned that frightens you. Plain old fear is driving your hate.

Every athlete? No, just the ones whose own sporting organisations tell us they have twice failed sex tests or who give indication of being dsd athletes. When doping with drugs is suspected nobody says to ignore it.

People like you have created the problem of men being in women's sports, spaces, and services, so it's unsurprising that women are now less trusting. Moaning about Mumsnet is just a distraction from the issue. These athletes - both the boxers and the 2 African footballers - who are playing in the Women's comps can do a swab test and resolve it within hours. You don't seem very keen on that solution.

Some do, and yes it would. Those competing at high levels, including the transman boxer mentioned earlier, don't because it is a banned as a performance enhancing substance.

Both I and the IOC know they both failed an IBA sex test but seem reluctant to clarify the situation by doing a cheek swab.

Simple question sidestepped, again.
How can I possibly know which rides Armstrong was doped in? Was it fair if he didn't win?

No, I don't, but by the logic of your posts it would only be an issue if I won.

It's a bit more simple than that. I think there are a few limited times where women and girls are entitled to their own spaces, services, sports ... and they aren't obliged to share them with men, whether they are trans identifying men or any other men. That's because they're all men.

A more interesting question is why you hate women so much that you'd see a series of them punched in the face rather than say perhaps it's time the IOC cleared up these allegations.

The IOC seem to be busy getting all the videos of the fight taken down from social media btw.

Ambiguous genitalia is typical of males with the 5-ard dsd.

The 5-ard dsd is often undiagnosed until puberty in countries with poor health services where home births without doctors and no ante natal check ups are common.

Having a vagina of sorts doesn't make them female.

Any athlete, and their national sports organisation, should be happy to clear up this situation by undergoing the simple tests that can identify your sex rather than let this overshadow the Olympics.

Having failed the IBA sex tests, why didn't these 2 athletes appeal to the independent CAS (Court of Arbitration in Sport) in Switzerland? One didn't, the other did then withdrew their appeal.

You're kidding right? No, it's just you being you, an exaggerating prat. I've had nothing to do with any campaign connected with sport, spaces or services.

My purpose here was originally to set out the truth in law. You've been a serial liar from the outset about rights. You've now become a serial liar about contributors to the forum.

People here have been sickened by your lies, have told you directly and left the thread. But nothing stops you.

I hold utter contempt for you, not just because of your vile views, but because of your contempt for the truth.

You twist and turn, writhing furiously to defend astonishing levels of bigotry.

You know sweet fa about the law. No doubt 'Niece' will be along shortly to put us all straight on international sports law too. Ask them to change up their writing style a bit though, just so I don't get confused and think it's you.

The IBA are in trouble over tests performed, if you believe some reports. Doping, and medical, if you believe others.
The fact that they're having trouble is why they're using the same rules as they did at the last Olympics.

You all but said you knew which races he was doping in, and which he won whilst doping.

Well you'd never be taking part in them, under any gender then. Which makes your comparison between able bodied and the disabled nothing more than mocking the disabled.
That'd be your logic at work, not mine.

Hide behind any fancy wording you like, but it's clear what's behind your hatred.

I never watched any boxing, meaning I didn't see what you saw. Or, are making out you've seen. I get the feeling you're relying on third hand reports and "information".

As disclosed my niece specialises in human rights. Yet again you attempt to demean people with superior knowledge to you - which being as you know fark all about anything means you attempt the same stroke on everyone. I'm extremely bored with tedious wasters like you Aurora.

You are a contemptuous arrogant fool.
