On the question of puberty blockers, you are wrong about that too.

UK, Sweden, France, Denmark ... all made independent reviews and decided there was no good evidence of benefit. Belgium has just ordered a review now too.

US judges are political appointments. They are as open to bias and lobbying as any other politician. I doubt many of them have even read the Cass Report.
