And, if you read up on some of the more recent medication stories on long term use, and what they know now about actual long term usage in the real world, you'll find there's stories of multiple people suffering the same side effects. Often they weren't the person actually taking the medication(s), but they're living with the side effects of something that was safe to use 10-20 years ago. And in many cases, they remain in use today.

Advocating for single sex spaces and services for women isn't harassing trans people. They have the same protection from harassment as anybody else. What you actually seek is privileges for a special subset of men, and women are quite entitled to resist that demand.
