Further comment on this from the surgeon said that this image has been reversed, probably as a means to disguise the source. I know that the image has been flipped since the drains for the kidneys show the left to higher on the right, whereas the right kidney in males and females is always lower due to the size and location of the liver''.

Many reconstrution surgeries, including gender confirmation surgery can have the appearance of road kill hours after surgery before the healing process.

I am more certain that the opinions of two doctors, one a former consultant surgeon in hepatology, might have more idea than a moron on the internet claiming that he can distinguish between a male and a female on the basis of skin tone, and then after experiencing traumatic surgery.

His post informed the group he is happy but was asking for advice from others like him. The post also makes clear that they really don't wish to hear from judgmental people or those who wish to invade their right to privacy. Yet here you are.
