Cis is not a trans vocabulary word. Cis means ...

The prefix "cis-" comes from Latin, meaning "on this side" or "same side." It's often used in contrast to "trans-", which means "on the other side" or "across."

In different contexts, "cis-" has specific meanings:

  • Chemistry: In molecular structures, "cis-" indicates that two atoms or groups are on the same side of a molecule, whereas "trans-" means they're on opposite sides.
  • Gender: "Cisgender" refers to people whose gender identity aligns with the sex they were assigned at birth, contrasting with "transgender", where identity differs from assigned sex.

I

Beat me to it.

It's a prefix that people seem to get awfully upset about for some reason, bless their little snowflake socks.

It's was appropriated by trans lobby to create an illusion that transform are separate people.

They are not, the are male or female, man or woman who happened to be a bit wrong In the head

A bit like trans being told they are not allowed in women's facilities.

Funny you don't see normal folk screaming threats at women naked outside parliament

Why do you think it ok to call people variations on 'trans' while 'cis' is objectionable? It shows that you intend abuse each time you say 'trans'.

Well they want not be man nor woman. Transformers might be suitable, what do you reckon?

I reckon you should find a suitable village.

Use of the prefix 'CIS' presupposes a belief in the fanciful notion that babies are 'assigned' their 'gender' at birth (what happens is that their sex is observed), that it's possible for humans to be 'born in the wrong body' and that in turn requires a belief in the existence of souls. 'CIS falls squarely into the same category as the words; 'pagan', 'infidel', 'goy', 'heathen', 'miscreant', 'giaour'.

It's merely a useful shorthand when you're discussing the subject.
And that's a weird list.

No it's not, it to change the language to accommodate trans objectives

They really should have kept to wearing clothes in their own homes and finding venues for their predilection, not invading women's spaces and sports

There aren't 2 kids of women. Of course people can use it if they wish but it's a made up term that tries to force men into woman specific language. It reduces women to a subset of their own sex and posits men as the more oppressed kind of 'women'. It's an attempt to separate being female from our sexed bodies, a wedge by which men can insert themselves into our language and our category.

Lots of people find it insulting so if you do use it you're hardly in a position to police anybody else's language.

If we were talking about race I doubt society would tolerate calling actual black people 'cis black' and those who identified as black 'trans black'. Try calling your black friends and colleagues cis black and see how you get on.

Oh my sweet summer child...

Are you seriously that naive about gender identity that you believe this?

None of what's happening right now is new.
